• To pay via EFT/Transfer, the participant must pay all transfer fees and an additional 20% tax.

  • Early standard participation fee: 175€ + transfer fees + 20% tax.

  • Early standard participation fee + Gala dinner fee: 175€ + 60€ + transfer fees + 20% tax.

  • Early standard participation fee + Gala dinner fee + Touristic tour fee: 1750€ + 60€ + 50€ + transfer fees + 20% tax.

• To pay via Western Union Transfer, the participant must pay the transfer fee.

• When registering, students (non-academic staff) must provide a PDF file attesting to the student status (Ph.D. or Master's Degree); otherwise, the regular fee will be charged*.

• Proof of payment will be sent via email (contact@icabgeh.com) to the participant.

• No refunds will be granted for cancellation of the registration payment made after May 31, 2026.
