Registration Conditions

  • All participants must be registered.

  • When registering, Students (non-academic staff) must provide a PDF file attesting the student status (Ph.D. or Master's Degree); otherwise, the regular fee will be charged*.

  • The payment proof will be sent as an email (contact@icabgeh.com) to the participant.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation of the registration payment made after April 01, 2024.

Accepted Payment Information

Western Union Transfer in EUR (€)

  • You can pay for the Registration and Optional Services on behalf of Hasan ONDER via “Western Union” so that you don't have any difficulties. You can make your payment by following the process below.

The Payment Processes by Western Union

Use via Internet banking account.

  • Log in to your active online banking account at the respective Western Union® agent. 

  • Fill in the transfer details. 

  • Enter the receiver’s name (Hasan ONDER), receiving country (Samsun, Türkiye), the amount, and pay for the transfer.

  • The transfer fee must be paid by the participant.

  • Please send your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) as an e-mail to contact@icabgeh.com.

 

Use the app / or your mobile account.

  • You need to be a mobile banking customer of the respective Western Union® agent and log in to your mobile e-banking account.

  • Enter the receiver name (Hasan ONDER), receiving country (Samsun, Türkiye), the amount, and pay for your transfer.

  • The transfer fee must be paid by the participant.

  • Please send your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) as an e-mail to contact@icabgeh.com.

 

Use an agent location.

  • Visit a Western Union® agent location near you.

  • Provide the agent with transaction details, show your valid ID, and pay for the transfer on behalf of Hasan ONDER, Samsun, Türkiye.

  • The transfer fee must be paid by the participant.

  • Please send your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) as an e-mail to contact@icabgeh.com.

 

Payment examples;

  • Early standard participation fee: 200€ + transfer fee.

  • Early standard participation fee + Gala dinner fee: 200€ + 60€ + transfer fee.

  • Early standard participation fee + Gala dinner fee + Touristic tour fee: 200€ + 60€ + 50€ + transfer fee.
